上海船舶工程质量检测有限公司 (SSEQT) 成立于 2006 年，是中国船舶集团有限公司第十一研究所（上海船舶工艺研究所）全资子公司，是以 1987 年中国船舶工业总公司批准成立的中国船舶工业无损检测中心（CSSC-NDT）为基础组建而成的专业检测技术公司。
公司拥有 CMA、CNAS、DiLAC 等 10 多项资质。现有博士领军的科研团队 10 余人，工程检测队伍近百人，各类检测资格证书 400 余张，其中高级证书 50 余张。拥有超声相控阵检测系统、水浸超声检测系统、数字射线检测系统等各类检测设备 200 多台套。
公司长期致力于检测技术研究，智能检测技术咨询与服务，为船舶海工、建设工程、特种设备等提供优质的检测技术服务和咨询，推动行业技术进步。公司在中国船舶集团有限公司指导下，依托上海船舶工艺研究所，经过 30 多年的发展，已成长为集科研技术攻关、新工艺开发、技术服务、标准制修订、技能培训为一体的高新技术企业和“专精特新”企业。
Shanghai Ship Engineering Quality Testing Co., Ltd(SSEQT) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the 11th Research Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation（Shanghai Shipbuilding Technology Research Institute）, founded in 2006.It is a professional technology company formed with China State Shipbuilding Industry Nondestructive Testing Center (CSSC-NDT）approved by China State Shipbuilding Corporation in 1987.
SSEQT has more than 10 qualifications such as CMA, CNAS, DiLAC. Now,SSEQT is established a scientific research and development team with more than 10 engineers led by a doctor, an engineering inspection team with nearly 100 professional inspectors and over 400 various testing qualification certificates (including more than 50 Level III certificates). SSEQT has also been equipped with different kinds of advanced testing equipment, such as phased array ultrasonic testing system,ultrasonic immersion C-scan system, computational and digital radiographic testing system, etc.SSEQT has long been committed to advanced NDT technology research and development, providing high-quality testing technology service and consultation for customers in marine engineering, construction engineering, special equipment, etc.
After more than 30 years of development, under the guidance of CSSC and Shanghai Ship Technology Research Institute, SSEQT has grown as a High & New Technological Enterprise and a Professional, Refined, Specificied and Novel Enterprise, integrating with scientific research and technology, new process development, technical services, standard formulation and revision, NDT skill training.
